What is a Dental Practice Manager Apprenticeship?
This programme is specially designed to develop management competencies for qualified dental practice managers and dental professionals. Persons undertaking this apprenticeship will develop an in-depth understanding of the principles of management tailored to a dental environment, which underpin care quality regulations.

How the Level 4 (Diploma) Dental Practice Manager Apprenticeship Works
This Dental Practice Manager course for apprentices takes 18 months with up to 3 months EPA.
The apprentice must be at least 16 years old and will be required to undertake a DBS check. They must also have the ability to access all aspects of the dental practice management systems including some aspects of finances, marketing, practice development and recruitment. Apprentices will also be expected to have completed their functional skills or equivalent in Maths and English at Level 2.
