Free recruitment
We provide a free recruitment service, we have a dedicated Recruitment Team to find the right apprentice for you. We handle the advertising, screening, undertake pre-interviews and any pre-testing you require. We also offer a free DBS check.
Career progression
We offer a structured pathway, through the apprenticeship, that enables career progression for young, aspiring employees. When you partner with us in this way, you are more likely to be left with loyal, qualified staff that choose to stay with you, in turn increasing staff retention
No college days out
We do not require the apprentice to take days away from work. All we ask is that you provide the apprentice with a real job, full-time, where they will have the opportunity to learn and develop and gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for their apprenticeship. You will need to provide your apprentice with 6 hours off-the-job training per week
Flexible approach
