Strong team leadership is essential for providing guidance, direction and instruction within a group and inevitably leads to more effective teamwork and more motivated employees. Being able to manage a team effectively is critical in the current job market, where employee productivity and team outcomes are closely monitored.

The course is made of up the following units:

• Principles of team leading
• Understanding business
• Understanding how to communicate work related information
• Understanding how to manage performance and conflict in the workplace
• Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace
• Understanding health and safety procedures in the workplace
• Understanding how to develop and deliver a presentation

Eligibility

• Learner must be 19+ as of past August
• Must hold level 1 qualification (any discipline)
• Not currently on an apprenticeship programme
• Lived in UK past 3 years
• Access to computer/laptop (mobile phone platform not suitable)
• Any employment status

Delivery

• Course duration between 6 – 26 weeks
• Flexible working – complete at a time and date to suit learner

Certification

• Upon completion, learner receives Level 2 accredited certificate

• £362 + VAT
