Customer Service skills are highly prized and sought after, just ask any consumer, manager or business owner. No matter whether you work in the private or public sector, with customers becoming more and more demanding, your ability to deal with customers and adapt to changing requirements and tastes is a key determinant of success.

• The principles of customer service and delivery
• Understanding customers
• Understanding employer organisations
• Understanding how to communicate with customers
• Understanding how to handle customer information
• Understanding how to resolve problems and deliver customer service to challenging customers
• Understanding how to develop customer relationships

Eligibility

• Learner must be 19+ as of past August
• Must hold level 1 qualification (any discipline)
• Not currently on an apprenticeship programme
• Lived in UK past 3 years
• Access to computer/laptop (mobile phone platform not suitable)
• Any employment status

Delivery

• Course duration between 6 – 26 weeks
• Flexible working – complete at a time and date to suit learner

Certification

• Upon completion, learner receives Level 2 accredited certificate

• £362 + VAT
