Dental Nursing – Level 3
This Apprenticeship is aimed at Dental Nurses employer in general practice, community dental services and hospitals. Completion of this Apprenticeship enables registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
How long is the course?
The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing is an 18 month course.
Learners will be assigned a Vocational Trainer for support with all of the qualifications. They will visit the learner in the workplace and provide them with email and telephone support between visits.
Learners will be given free access to our e-portfolio system,
Smart Assessor, which will include all the resources they need to complete the qualifications.
You must be 16 years or older
There are usually no formal qualifications necessary (dependant on employer).
Suitable for those working in an oral health environment or have considerable knowledge and skills in relation to dental equipment, instruments and materials.
