Remote apprenticeship delivery

Developing skills and supporting our employers with their goals and development is our number one priority.

We understand that looking to the future is difficult for everyone at the moment and there are so many unknowns, but there is also a lot of opportunity. Apprenticeships will continue to be vital for skills development and you can rely on us to support your business, and your employees, achieve their goals through our remote apprenticeship delivery.

Our apprenticeship delivery is “digital first” with on average half the teaching completed in virtual classrooms. Knowledge based sessions are taught in groups, often by specialist coaches. This allows learners from across the country to interact with peers on the same qualification.

Our programmes are tailored to your business as well as to the learner’s individual learning style and needs. Our priority is to maximise the time our teaching team spend with learners.

To support our learners we have a suite of interactive learning resources on the virtual learning environment, which are used by their coach to develop their skills. All forms are completed electronically and learners that don’t have access to laptops are offered loan laptops from Aspiration Training to complete their learning on.

Our aim is not only to give a fantastic learning experience and teach the vocational skills needed for the job, but also to ensure they have the digital skills needed for the modern economy.

All learners have access to careers advice, additional courses to support their CPD and career post their apprenticeship and a range of tools to support their wellbeing.
