Customer Service – Level 3
The Advanced Apprenticeship is aimed at people who have extensive experience of working in a customer service environment in roles such as Customer Relationship Manager, Coordinators and Team Leaders and would have ideally completed the Intermediate level Apprenticeship. This qualification can be completed by existing or new employees.
How long is the course?
The Customer Service Apprenticeship runs over 14 months.
Learners will be assigned a Vocational Trainer for support with all of the qualifications. They will visit the learner in the workplace and provide them with email and telephone support between visits.
Learners will be given free access to our e-portfolio system, Smart Assessor, which will include all the resources they need to complete the qualifications.
What qualifications will learners achieve?
- Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights
- Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
You must be at least 16 years or older to be eligible for this course.
If you are new to this sector we recommend completing the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
