Leadership and Management Styles

This CPD course on
Leadership and Management styles will begin by identifying the differences
between the two terms. The course will look at leadership and management
competencies, including emotional intelligence and critical thinking. This leadership
and management CPD course will also outline several theories and how they are
used in a leadership or management role, the impact of behaviour, barriers to
leadership and how to overcome those barriers. Finally, this course will cover
workplace conflict and how to manage conflict.
