Local Employer Achievement Award – Chessgrove Park Day Nursery
We are very pleased to announce that several weeks ago, we went out to Chessgrove Park Day Nursery to award them with our ‘Local Employer Achievement Award’ which was proudly passed across to Kate Bennett, HR Manager, by Mike Jones, Managing Director (England).
Chessgrove Park Day Nursery sits close between Bromsgrove and Redditch in the West Midlands and first welcomed parents and children into their childcare setting in 2006. After being in business for now over 13 years they have established themselves as one of Worcestershire’s leading childcare settings in a truly unique area of the country, offering an open, outdoor environment for toddlers and young people to develop and grow.
The facilities they provide the children are incredible and it’s easy to see how they have been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED in all areas for several years. As one of three nurseries run by School House Day Nurseries, it operates from multiple playrooms in a converted barn as well as hosting another playroom out towards the open fields of rural Worcestershire.
We decided to elect Chessgrove Park Day Nursery as our local employer winner due to the outstanding early year’s education they provide to young minds and how they support them with a high standard of care, as well as giving above and beyond assistance those with special educational needs and disabilities.
We have been training employees at Chessgrove for several years now and at Aspiration Training we are proud to be able to offer the support and quality of training needed to help continuously develop and grow the childcare team through our level 2 and level 3 childcare apprenticeships.
We would like to thank Chessgrove Park Day Nursery for allowing us to visit and discover more about their business as well as gain some comments from Kate Bennett, HR Manager on the provision of our training and her comments on winning our award.
