Aspiration Training shortlisted for care services apprenticeship provider of the year

Aspiration Training shortlisted for care services apprenticeship provider of the year this year’s FE Week and AELP AAC Apprenticeship Awards
We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the FE Week and AELP ACC Apprenticeship Awards 2021 as care services provider of the year. Announced at a virtual ceremony yesterday, Thursday 29 April, hosted by comedian and impressionist Rory Bremner. Aspiration Training has been shortlisted from over 350 entries for this award and evidences the great work of our team, employers and learners who all contribute to our success.
The winners will be announced at an awards evening at the ICC in Birmingham, which will take place on Thursday 8 July.
Shane Mann, Managing Director of FE Week’s publisher Lsect, said:
These finalists are some of the very best of the apprenticeship sector and show just what can be achieved. The past year has placed an enormous strain on all our lives, both in our private lives and our places of work. The judges were astounded by the innovation, tenacity and thoughtfulness of apprenticeship providers and employers across the UK. These awards are just one of many ways we can show our appreciation and celebrate their exceptional work.
Aspiration Training CEO, Iain Salisbury said:
I am so proud of our team, learners and employers, who have all worked exceptionally hard over this past year to deliver and achieve outstanding apprenticeships. We are particularly honoured to be shortlisted in the care services apprenticeship provider of the year category, in a year that has been notably hard for the care sector. The pandemic has taken a devastating toll on people being cared for in the community and care homes, and we know our care colleagues have had to work harder than ever. One positive is the recognition from the wider society of the importance of the work undertaken by the care sector and we are pleased that we are able to support the sector with upskilling and developing their workforce.
