A Look Into Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships offer an alternative route to anyone who feels university may not be the way forward for them, or for anyone already in employment to change their chosen career. While there is generally a minimum age of 18 for apprenticeships, there is no upper limit and there are many ways that apprenticeships can be beneficial for your career – from upskilling to restarting in a new field.

We spoke to some of our apprentices to find out about their experience doing an apprenticeship and they said:

“I got promoted to assistant service manager. It gave me a stepping stone to better myself and I am very proud to have obtained a managerial role by the age of 26. In just under 2 years I have achieved so much.”
