We are pleased to announce the launch of the Aspire Wellbeing Hub, bought to you by Aspiration Training.

The Aspire Wellbeing Hub aims to provide you with the wellbeing you deserve to help give advice and guidance on certain areas which can impact your mental wellbeing. The Aspire Wellbeing Hub covers Wellbeing topics such as exercise and fitness, relaxation techniques and ways to improve your self-esteem and confidence. Workplace topics such as bullying in the workplace, financial advice and employment rights and responsibilities are also covered which aim to assist you with any needs throughout your working career should you ever need them.

As an employer we are encouraging you to lead your learners to the hub to have a read through our topics to get a better understanding of certain areas if they feel they further guidance.

As a learner, you are free to visit the hub at any time! Think of the hub as a place to go for any uncertainty surrounding wellbeing or workplace topics – a handy guide to access wherever and whenever you want!
