Aspiration Training Ltd are pleased to announce that we have taken a new 10-year lease on refurbished premises at Eastern Business Park in Cardiff. Our team in Wales established roots at Eastern Business Park more than 10 years ago and the 50-strong team have now moved to a newly-refurbished suite at St Mellons.

Attending to officially open the office, Julie Morgan, the Assembly Member for Cardiff North, said:

I’m very pleased to be here at the opening of Aspiration Training’s new office today in St Mellons. I hope it will allow the company to continue to expand the range of training and number of places it offers right across south and west Wales as part of the Welsh Government’s Jobs Growth Wales and Apprenticeships programmes. I would like to congratulate the company on the training they’re delivering and hope they will now able to train even more people to give them the skills they need for the future.

Julie Morgan, Cardiff North Assembly Member

Managing Director of Aspiration Training, Neil Tamplin, said:

Moving into the larger more modern space comes as a result of the company’s phenomenal growth over the past few years, which has seen the workforce increase to now employing over 170 people across Wales and England. We’ve outgrown our existing premises and this move is an exciting new progressive development for us. The move allows room for growth of the business and ample room for meetings, as well as state of the art learning and teaching rooms.

We’re very happy at Eastern Business Park which is well-situated near the motorway network and has excellent facilities. The extensive fitout of the new office suite has gone well, and we’re pleased to commit to staying for another 10 years.

Neil Tamplin, Managing Director
