So, it was a proud moment to of been awarded the 1 Star Accreditation of ‘Very Good’ to work for by Best Companies following our first participation in the survey.

As a part of the process leading to being awarded the accreditation, a voluntary, third-party survey was sent to all employees asking for their feedback and views on a variety of areas from across the business, including personal development and training through to our company culture.
Best Companies was launched in 2001 with the goal of creating better workplaces across the world. The accreditation program sets a standard for workplace engagement. The accreditation awards organisations, both big and small, that have demonstrated both commitment and investment in improving levels of engagement. This aligns completely with what we want to create at Aspiration Training, so we are so pleased to receive this accolade.
