Outstanding contribution to apprenticeships

Each month at Aspiration Training, our team nominate employers whom they feel have made an outstanding contribution to supporting learners with apprenticeships and traineeships. Each nomination is then voted on anonymously and a winner selected.

Little Pips Nursery, who recently won our ‘Small Employer of the Year in England’ have consistently shown their dedication and commitment to our apprentices in providing an excellent working environment and the constant opportunity to improve and upskill their members of staff.

Richard Luck, our Business Development Manager who nominated Claire Burgess and ‘Little Pips Nursery’ wrote about our fantastic relationship by saying…

“I would like to nominate Little Pips Nursery as “Employer of the Month” as although already having achieved “SME Employer of the Year” in recent times due to their exceptional commitment to their staff development, and the values espoused within this context, they have continued to support the wider reach for Aspiration Training, going above and beyond and even actively  endorsing Aspiration Training to other Wiltshire based childcare settings so that we are able to help and support even more learners and employers in the area.”

He then goes on to say…

“They provide an exceptional development for their staff, working closely with Aspiration Training to provide clear up – skill opportunities as well as a baseline training offer to all. I would not hesitate in recommending them as a future employer to any potential learners, friends, family members such is their level of integrity. They are a joy to work with and the parents and children who use their service are very fortunate to have made such a good choice.”

Upon receiving this excellent news, Claire Burgess responded to Aspiration Training by saying…

“Having worked so positively with Aspiration Training Ltd for over 10 years and supported many apprentices through their training, it means the world to us to receive Employer of the Month for our Outstanding Contribution to Apprenticeships. We are strong supporters of the apprenticeship program and have seen many learners successfully qualify and progress into exciting areas of their career including management and teaching. We have always worked closely with Aspiration Training and confidently feel that our strong working partnership has been the key to the success for so many of our apprentices. What a wonderful accolade to share with our staff! Thank you!”

We love to hear about the great work and contributions our employers do and value our ongoing relationship with Little Pips Nursery. Claire continues to be a shining example of our values and is always incredibly supporting of her team and provide them with every opportunity to develop and grow.

Congratulations and thank you to Claire and Little Pips Nursery for your outstanding contribution to apprenticeships.
