We work closely with our Employers remaining as flexible as possible to ensure we meet the needs of the Employer as well as that of our Apprentices and Learners.
The majority of our programmes are delivered in the workplace in the form of blended learning packages and one to one training with the use of e-portfolios.

Requirements
The apprentice must be at least 16 years old and will be required to undertake a DBS check. They must also be employed, working more than 16 hours per week.
Good level of GCSE Maths and English (4-9) (A-C) Desired
Prospects
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard Functional Skills in Maths and English Level 2 (if applicable)
Training provided
Teaching and learning Teaching sessions will be delivered in both groups and one-to-one sessions remotely in order for the learner to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their diploma. Topics will be covered using a variety of assessment methods, including observations of practice by the Vocational Coach, witness testimonies from the employer and written/oral questions completed by the learner. Progress reviews will be carried out every 12 weeks as an opportunity for the learner, Vocational Coach and employer to reflect on what has been achieved, and plan what the next stage of the course should look like to meet the learner's and employer’s needs.
