Advice and guidance for young people starting their careers

At Aspiration Training, we understand that taking that first step into a new career or even knowing what career to choose can be tough and daunting for young people.

Aspiration Training today launched our brand new advice and guidance webpages ‘Your Career Story’. These pages have been created to help school leavers and young people in making the first step in their chosen careers and supporting them on their career journey. We’ve created some useful tips and advice to guide young people on their career path and help them to start their career story.

From some self-reflective questions that should be asked before choosing a career, to what a chosen career may look like going forward. We have created career pathways for each of the apprenticeship routes that we offer – showcasing how progress and development can be made within each of these sectors and roles.
