Customer Service – Level 2

What's involved?



The Intermediate Apprenticeship is aimed at people who have little or no experience of working in a customer service environment in roles such as Customer Service Officer, Sales Officer and Receptionist. This qualification can be completed by existing or new employees.

How long is the course?


The Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship runs over a period of 12 months.


Other information


Learners will be assigned a Vocational Trainer for support with all of the qualifications. They will visit the learner in the workplace and provide them with email and telephone support between visits.

Learners will be given free access to our e-portfolio system, Smart Assessor which will include all of the resources they need to complete their qualifications.


What Qualifications will learners achieve?
  • Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights
  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in English
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in Mathematics

You must be 16 years or older.

There are no formal requirements for this Apprenticeship qualification.
