Traineeships for 24+ year olds

For our 24+ learners, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone gets an equal opportunity in getting into work. As an older learner, we look towards those who may have had an extended amount of time away from work, to regain lost skills and catch up with new ones (such as ICT) to help make them more employable.

We also cater to older learners who may have recently faced redundancy after many years of service and are looking to regain employability skills through interview techniques and self-presentation.

We can also help those learners who may have reached an age where they feel they would like a completely different career path change and are looking for a way to break into a different sector, this is something we love to help with and aid learners discover their true passion and dream career.
