Congratulations to our award winners!

Every year at Aspiration Training, we host an awards ceremony  to celebrate and recognise the fantastic and standout achievements from our learners and employers on our apprenticeship and traineeship programmes. These awards give us an amazing opportunity to celebrate our best learners and employers of the year, and even more so this year as it has been such a tough year for many. The awards offer individuals and organisations the chance to be recognised and rewarded for their commitment, hard work, achievements and success within training and development.

There were 10 award categories for 2020, with a brand new category ‘Embracing Digital Learning Award’ aimed at learners who have really excelled and embraced new ways of working and in particular digital technology.

Our employer awards celebrate the relationship that Aspiration Training has with both small and large employers across both England and Wales. Showcasing and celebrating the achievements of those who have exceeded expectations and shown an understanding of, and commitment to, the improvement of skills development for the economy and their sectors.

Our  learner awards fall into two age categories (16 – 24 and 25+) both in England and Wales. We also celebrated our ‘Learner Award for Embracing Digital Learning’, a new award for 2020,  celebrating a learner who has exceled in embracing technology whilst on one of our apprenticeships.

This year, we held a virtual awards ceremony to celebrate and announce our winners on 22 December 2020.
