Job Title: Information, Advice and Guidance Advisor

The role
We require two people who are experienced in advising Job Seekers on employability matters and mentoring them to successful employment outcomes. The successful applicants will be tasked to:
- Liaise with external agencies to identify job opportunities in the local area
- Develop and deliver information, advice and guidance on work opportunities to all learners
- Work with learners, at the centre, to secure permanent employment
The successful applicants will have experience, strong people skills, excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise and balance work load to meet organisational requirements.
