The role
An Employability Advisor is required to join the Employability team at our fast-growing Birmingham centre. This role requires the successful applicant to:
- Liaise with Job Centre Plus to identify suitable candidates for the employability course
- Interview and register candidates
- Conduct initial assessment
- Undertake jobseeker CRB checks
The successful applicant will be occupationally competent, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise and balance work load to meet organisational requirements. Own transport is essential.
