The role
A Team Leader is required to join the Employability team at our fast-growing Birmingham centre. This role requires the successful applicants to:
- Manage all business development activity at the centre including Job Centre Plus, learner interview processes and employer engagement
- Manage four direct reports
- Achieve recruitment and work placement targets
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate team leadership skills, be occupationally competent, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise and balance work load to meet organisational requirements. Own transport is essential.
