About us:

Aspiration Training Ltd is a specialist training provider with a single focus in the care sector: health and social care, child care, dental nursing and hospitality.

The business has been operating for about 20 years and supports customers both in its original market of South Wales, West Midlands and the South West.

The business employs c.110 employees, currently supports c.1800 learners and, beyond its principal contracts with the Welsh Government and the Skills Funding Agency, the company also holds contracts with local colleges. The business also has a number of commercial contracts with local employers. 

Within Wales, Aspiration Training Ltd is part of a consortium called Vocational Skills Partnership (Wales) Ltd (VSP). VSP comprises of four long standing, outstanding quality providers - Educ8 Training Ltd, Network Training Services and TSW Ltd. This unique grouping provides vocational training across the whole of South Wales in a wide range of sectors including health and social care, management and hospitality.

The Apprenticeship, Traineeship and Jobs Growth Wales Programmes, led by the Welsh Government, are supported by the European Social Fund. To visit the WEFO website, please click here.
