Congratulations to Leanne Bailey who was awarded with the Employee of the Year award 2011. Leanne has kept the Health and Social Care team going through what has been over the last few months which has been an extremely trying time. As well as a promotion to team–leader, the team lost 3 Assessors in quick succession who’s caseloads had not been managed properly. However, Leanne took on the challenge and, with the depleted team, got each candidate on track with encouragement and praise for help given, gpt the candidates settled again. Learners were left with specific needs that not all assessors were qualified for, so Leanne took them on and has been seeing them to complete their award. Also, unallocated learners were put on her caseload. To cap it all, Leanne IV’s in their evenings and still smiles!!! I feel this person could not give any more to the company, and is a very worthy candidate for Employee of the Year.
